KABO Return & Refund Policy

In short: 7-day free returns on every order. If KABO isn't for you, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — and we pay the return shipping.

1. Our 7-day free return guarantee

You may return any KABO product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, whether it is your first order or your tenth. There is no return shipping cost to you — KABO arranges and pays for the return pickup.

You do not need to give a reason. If you simply did not like the taste, that counts.

2. What you need to send back

  • If you have opened a pack: return at least 250 g of the product in its original packaging. This lets us check the batch and act on your feedback.
  • If you bought a multi-pack (1 kg / 500 g x 2 or larger): return the unopened packs along with the opened one.
  • If the pack is unopened: simply return it as delivered.

3. How to start a return

  1. Email contact@kabo.co.in or send a WhatsApp message to +91 82878 15173 within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
  2. We arrange a courier pickup from your address at no cost to you. Where a pickup is not serviceable, we will ask you to post the item back and we reimburse the postage in full.
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging and hand it to the courier.

4. Your refund

Once the returned product reaches us we process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or payment provider. You are refunded the full amount you paid, including any shipping charge.

5. Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, incomplete or incorrect, contact us at contact@kabo.co.in or on WhatsApp at +91 82878 15173 within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the package, the shipping label and the invoice slip. We will send a replacement, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available. This costs you nothing and is in addition to your 7-day return right.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and we will refund you in full.
